| Wal-Mart Property DevelopmentHave you looked at the old Bowling Congress site lately? It is absolutely amazing to see how fast the building went down and how quickly the new building appears to be going up! The Wal-Mart Neighborhood Grocery Store is scheduled to open in December of this year and with the warmer weather that timeline appears to be likely. Exciting times in our neighbor’s yard.
Attached please find a link to view the property site plan and several architect’s renderings of what this new store will look like. What will be being built on the two out lots right on 76th street has yet to be determined. The newness of the development, the richness of the proposed landscaping, and our direct access to the street light to the immediate south are all exciting benefits for ML as these projects come to fruition.
